Best 120m cooler

I have a ryzen 5 2600, 16 3000mhz ram, x470 Gigabyte - X470 AORUS ULTRA motherboard that I'm about to build. What cooler around 50-65 dollars can get a stable 4.1ghz? Or should I just get the 2600x? I was wondering about the masterliquid 120 or an air cooler because my case has decent airflow. I have the phantecks ethoo pro m with 5 case fans so I can fit one more 140, 120 aio or get an air cooler. I use this rig primarily for gaming and browsing. occasionally photo editing.

I wouldn't recommend any 120mm AIO.

Just get a good air cooler instead.

120mm liquid coolers are generally worse than good air coolers. And at twice the price.

Only go for a 120mm liquid if you really, really want the bling factor, and accept the slightly worse temp results.

Yeah, have tested a couple (Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L and the NZXT Kraken M22)...better off with a great midsize or big air cooler.

Only reason anyone would buy a 120mm AIO is for extremely cramped space requirements or to tell your friends 'you have liquid cooling' (that performs worse than air cooling).

I have about three of these in my office at home.

It did better for Threadripper, but on our Intel testing system, I found that the MA410M outperforms it: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cooler-master-masterair-ma410m-tuf-gaming-edition,5686.html

The MA410M would be my recommendation between these Cooler Master air coolers.

The MA410M and the MA410M TUF Edition are exactly the same other than the decorative stickers and color pattern.
