Best 120mm water cooler?

Hi, I'm looking for the best 120mm all-in-one water cooler for less than 150$.
I know 240mm are better, but my case only support 120mm.
I know air coolers are better, but a water cooler looks better.

I want something that perform well, is quiet and reliable.
