Question Roccat Vulcan tkl pro keyboard

Hello, yesterday I turned my computer on, and my roccat Vulcan tkl pro keyboard was doing weird things. The o,p,e, u,], tab keys were responding, if I pressed the ctrl key would swipe through loads of different things on my screen, then stop if I clicked it again, the esc key was also doing weird things like switching through stuff, and the shift key, sometimes if I pressed it, would start writing the letter opu]opu]opu] over and over, I can't remember exactly but basically that. Yesterday I somehow fixed it when trying things that Google said and clicking things in the roccat swarm software and it was all fine again and there was nothing wrong with it but idk what I did to fix it. However right before I went to bed, the exact same thing happened, and I couldn't fix it, because I wasn't sure how I did it last time.
I have used the roccat swarm software to try and reset the keyboards settings and used the maintenance key to try fix things but it doesn't work. I checked that it wasn't just happening on my computer, however if also happens on another pc also. So I don't know what's is wrong or how to fix it. Please can someone help me

How long have you owned the keyboard? I'm reading across reddit that sometimes people notice unresponsive behavior on their Roccat Vulcan TKL Pro out of the box(manufacturing defect) or around the 2 year mark. The fact that the issue is the same across a donor platform would mean it's hardware related, not software, unless you've tried uninstalling the keyboard from Device Manager(assuming you're on Windows OS).

Have you checked to see if the keyboard is pending any firmware update?

hello, thank you for replying.
I just uninstalled roccat swarm ( the software for the keyboard) and suddenly my keyboard works again.
So i go and try and re install the software, and mid install its giving me many errors
