Best 13 inch laptop for video editing under £500?

I want to replace my 11 inch MacBook air with a 13 inch Windows, and I also want my new laptop to be able to handle premiere pro when I'm away from my main PC.
I read that a 4 core CPU and at least 8gb of RAM are the best things to look for, but I am struggling to find one on my strictly £500 or under budget. I would normally consider upgrading my current model, but I don't think there's much space for better components in my 11 inch air..

NB I'm not bothered about having low storage like a 128gb SSD; I'll probably be storing the files externally so I can continue editing on my PC.

The cheapest still ok laptop processor is the I5 8250U.
Look for I5 8250U, 8GB RAM, with/without didecated GPU e.g. nVidia MX150 and 256GB SSD
There should be quite a lot near £500 e.g. HP 430 G5, 440 G5, Lenovo V330, etc.
You can also find sizes between 13.3" up to 15.6".
Look around and let see, if you find something you like.

If you do not need that transformering thing, go for the cheaper Lenovo laptop
