Question Best 140mm PWM fans - sweet spot flow/quiet

Looking for inputs on 140mm PWM fans. Flow + low noise is the sweet spot I am looking for. I don't really care about price, but I'm not spending $50 on a 140mm fan. They will be on an external radiator, so noise is just a hair more important than airflow, say 55/45. I am leaning toward be quiet! Silent Wings 4, but I want to know if there are better options.

Noctua NF-A14x25 G2 PWM's. The PWM Sx2-PP(short for push/pull) will be slightly cheaper. What is the make and model of your radiator?

I second the nomination for the Noctua NF-A14x25 G2 PWM Sx2-PP. I have 6 pairs total in 2 computers and they're the quietest I've ever had while moving the most air. They're currently $85 for a pair, up from $77 originally. If you don't like Noctua, Arctic now has their P14 PWM PST fans available that they use on their radiators for $13 per fan.

The radiator is Alphacool AT45 1260 Supernona

The Silent Wings 4 are probably not going to be a good choice for radiator fan in this case since noise is a primary concern. Noctua tends to have the best sound profile of any fans on the market and they're always towards the top in performance.
