[SOLVED] Best 24 inches monitor

I want to buy a new 24 inch Monitor. Can you suggest me anything that is atleast 1 ms and 75 hz and that will look good on my white build.

My choices are
Asus vx238h
BenQ GL2460HM
ViewSonic VX2452mh

Please suggest more that is less than $150
