with g sync(not recommanded for competitive gaming but if u play something like the witcher 3 its really nice to have, ofc u can turn this on or off)

I would recommend the 'ASUS VG248QE'
It's 24', 1080p and 144 hertz (which seems to be the standard for pro gaming)
And it's pretty cheap at only around $250 depending on where you buy it.

I don't suggest getting the 180 hertz monitor listed above as it's just not worth the extra $150 for just a couple more hertz.
I suggest either a 120 hertz, 144 hertz or a 240 hertz as they seem to be the best bang for your buck. 144 (to me at least) seems to be a good middle ground.
