Hello,
I live in Egypt, so I don't have many choices to choose from but I will list the best 4 gaming OLED monitors I have seen within my budget. I will use the monitor for Gaming purpose only whether casual gaming or competitive FPS gaming. Before I list the monitors, I will list my PC specifications first:
CPU: i5 13600K
GPU: Gigabyte RX 6900XT Gaming OC 16G
RAM: 2x16GB DDR4 @3200MHz
Current Monitor: BenQ ZOWIE XL2411P (1080P 144HZ TN Panel)

Now, I will list the monitors with each price in my own region and specifications (sorted by preferable by me):
  1. SAMSUNG 27" Odyssey OLED G6 (G60SD) ($730) (QHD, 360Hz)
  2. ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM 27"($930) (QHD, 240Hz)
  3. MSI MAG 271QPX QD-OLED 27" ($970) (QHD, 240Hz)
  4. SASMUNG 32" Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SD) ($1200) (UHD, 240Hz)
Now, I am gonna talk about some concerns about some of these monitors. First the SAMSUNG G6: Some people who bought it complain about its matte coating and it affecting the contrast of the colors. Honestly, I am not sure if I will be bothered by that since I haven't tried out many monitors. On the other hand. what I really like about this monitor is that it has highest refresh rate (360Hz) here and its amazing price compared to the others.
Secondly, the ASUS ROG PG27AQDM: Some of its owners complain about 3 things. First, the matte coating as mentioned in SAMSUNG G6. Secondly, the oversaturation of colors which I think its a PRO for me rather than a CON. Thirdly, a lot of firmware issues. Other than being an ASUS ROG fan and I know them for their high quality, I don't see any other PRO in this monitor.
Thirdly, MSI MAG 271QPX: People who bought it complain about some firmware issues. It also doesn't have much reviews as the previous two monitors. What I like about this monitor is that it has Glossy coating unlike the previous two.
Fourthly. SAMSUNG G8: this monitor replaced all the issues in the previous monitors. It also has highest quality with 4K Resolution. The only problem about this monitor is its price . So, I am not sure if I should spend this much in a monitor or upgrade my GPU with the price difference. After I have listed all my concerns, What do you think is best fit for me?

If I were in your position, with the budget you've set aside and with the 4 monitors listed above, I'd go with either of the Samsung monitors but the latter monitor from Samsung is 4K, mind you.

Just a pointer, make sure Re-BAR is enabled in BIOS, if it isn't.
