I want to use up my Amazon giftcards and have about a $600 max budget. I would like to step up to a 39" to 50" monitor and will only use it for Internet, email, and Star Craft 2. My PC setup is a i5 6600K with GTX 950.

Please help!

Thanks for your help... I looked on Amazon, and unfortunately, all the sellers are only listing used or refurbished Samsungs. I already ordered the Wasabi Mango on Amazon, but it's going to take a few weeks to get here. I would've happily canceled my order for the Samsung if they sold one new.
I have the perfect solution for you. It is the current tv/monitor that I am using. Look into the Samsung ju6500 4k 40 inch. The reason I chose this was it was the perfect size for what I needed, which includes watching media content online and also gaming. This particular television supports 4k at 60hz and also does chroma 4:4:4. This is important as televisions can produce colors differently than monitors can when the television is used as a monitor. I also do photoshop work and this was a big deciding factor when choosing this particular one. It is also lightweight and I am using it with a pivoting monitor arm that is designed for up to 27 inch monitors but the weight of this is well within what the arm is rated for so it works. Vesa mounting is 200x200.

The response time is great as I do not notice any input lag while gaming or doing anything else. The 950 you have has hdmi 2.0 which this television does as well thus allowing you to run it at 4k 60hz. While gaming I can set the resolution to 1080p or 1440p from within the games I play without issue as I do not have a strong enough card for 4k gaming yet. I was using the same i5 you are without issue and was using a 950 at first then jumped to a 970 and now I am using a 1060. I am not sure if it is still available but it would be an amazing deal if you can find it on amazon.
