Best 500-800$ ryzen 3 1300x build

First of all is the ryzen 3 1300x worth buying or should I go with budget intel chips. Second I need help on finding a mobo for the ryzen 3 1300x what is the difference between b350 and other and boards and what manufacture should I go for I was thinking the MSI B350M GAMING PRO micro atx mobo it has good reviews. Do I need 16 gb of ram or is 8 fine and does the speed of the ram matter. I don't know what the best budget gpu now is because of the miners and inflated prices but I think the evga 4gb Sc 1050 ti is good value or should I go for one of the amd ones
(rx 460,470,480,560,570,580) or the gtx 1060 3 gb or 6gb
Do I need a CPU cooler or should I just use the cooler that comes with it?

I think a 1200 and a 1050ti would make a pretty nice build for 1080p. You have to share the Permalink as that is whatever a person has in their own list

Ryzen really likes fast ram

I haven't seen the oc results from. A 1200 but you'll want to oc it anyway. I suspect they'll end up in the same place

1200 oc is 3.4Ghz while 1300x is 3.9 Ghz and can be pushed to 4.2Ghz

Knew that was wrong just had to find it. Should easily do 3.8 on all cores with stock cooler. 1300x might do 4.0 if you get lucky

Ok I don't know for a fact but I read it somewhere and can't find it again so your right but I think that the 20$ increase for the prefomence is worth it
