I want to build a pc for around $550 that can run the new games such as Dying light, Battlefield 4, Call of Duty Black Ops 3, Far Cry 4, Just cause 3 at medium, high, or ultra settings If that's even possible. I already have a keyboard and mouse and could temporarily use a small flat-screen tv as a monitor via HDMI. It would be nice if the OS was included in the price)

This the best you can get around 550$, but you wont be able to play games on ultra with this PC, high or medium

Here you go. You can swap out the video card if you want but the rest of the build is about as cheap as you can get if you want an SSD.
