Best 7.1 surrond sound card

Hello I was wondering what's the best 7.1 surrond sound card for my sennheiser 363d? (I know it has a sound card but I picked it up on sale for 150 $ and have room for a better soundcard)

Ok, the smaller card works as amp and to add additional ports. And no, the performance difference is quiet noticeable sonar and stx.

I forgot to mention my main use is gaming, so will the difference between the asus strix soar, asus essence stx ii and the default usb surround sound card be worth it?
