Best $700 CAD computer build

I'm looking for a build around $700 CAD, not including windows. I will be using it for gaming, coding, animation, and web browsing. Any help is much appreciated!

Psu is fine and at that price unbeatable. But there's no future in H boards.

Any random locked i5 + H97 motherboard would be relevant for YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEARS.

PSU is ok for this bulid.
Mobo is also decent even support OC, and have better VRM section compared to your chose.

That psu is mediocre at best. It is not "ok" for that build. You have cheaped out on the two most important parts of any build.

That Silverstone in that Toms comparison link is not the same one he is recommending btw
