depends on what your plan is for the CPU and what type of airflow your case provides.
just considering that you will be using a nicer case and will have adequate cool air intake and exhaust,
out of these i would be getting the NH-U12s.
but if this is intended for gaming or any other intensive processing i would go for the
Noctua NH-D15 chromax
or be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4.

The Notctua coolers you can buy the 1700 mounting kit on Amazon but I would get a better cooler than a U12s
Adapter.

EDIT or a corsair 280mm AIO. Still will probably need a adapter for the cooler.
EDIT don't put a fan above the cooler in the top of the case blowing out if you use one of the NH coolers I listed this can actually take away the airflow from the cooler.
