Question San Andreas Mod Installer error can't be run .net1.1 ?

I am trying to instal San Andreas Mod Installer but this error is so hard. I googled all day and didn't maked nothing. Is there any way to make app work ok?

i first located msiexe from system32 (wrong) after that i readed from another post online that i should get that file in folder , not sure what future

Source of game?

Source of Mod?

What is the mod supposed to do?

Did you attempt to install Microsoft .Net Framework v1.1? What were the results - error messages, pop-ups, etc.?

Have you tried a full reinstall of Grand Theft Auto?

More information needed.

I like to modify by downloading and instaling - testing mods.I installed on clear sa graphick hd, then add santa maria island. than added in modloader pack for cars, with rzl treaner spawn or car spawner cs . saving game anywhere.cs i do use.And finaly with saors manager add real radio station. Every cars spawner check for bad look and change. etc
 
I chosed to manualy install cars thats safe mod for error fastly i go type google carname than gtasa mods than i get execly for that model admiral or any i get replace for that car dff and txd and put in modloader folder cars

I am not a gamer (full disclosure) and will defer to those who are both gamers and work with mods etc..,

Overall, I would not expect that the problems are with Windows 11 per se.

My thought is to move this thread to PC Gaming - someone else familar with the game and mods may be able to make other suggestions.

i trying to install any mods what wont change or damage mainscm so what i found i test than backup leave and do more cars in meanwhile.. for las gtasa what i do without urdu hindi hd grafick i was installed 10 auto modes (changes for every 350 txd dff and chacked) But now when i first instal grafic(its much easier for eyes and nicer) some mods dont do,crash gtasa.So i have all by one to check manuely.I love that its not hard 😀 long time i was in vice city making building and brigdes with col file editor later i will try about

Am not sure do i can to talk about games here. OK i see i will stop 😀
 
It is okay to talk about games and ask questions. (As long as such matters do not include piracy, hacks, etc..)

I am simply going to move your post to a "gamer" Forum within Tom's Hardware so the gaming community will be more likely to notice your thread and subsequent posts.

I understud you if i install mods from two or tree difrent authors there are more chanses for errors, i know that.

All mods are downloaded from gta forums and ilbreticity.net

here i ddl ed net 1 https://archive.org/details/All-Net-Framework-Windows with no success windows 10 i use , but no way to install on windows10 there tricks for 7 ,No mathere that i dont need anyway if car goes wrong i have to replace txd dff manuly
