Currently right now i have 3 Intake Fans, Tower CPU Cooler nowadays Arctic Freezer 7X(previously was stock Intel 10700 Cooler) and 1 120 Exhaust Fan, Local installers said this is optimal setup, and i should be fine from overheating now.

Though one issue i've noticed very hard to loosen case front cover to clean the 3 front fans when i do my every 3 month dusting procedure. but i guess i'll get that part figured out when i do the task again asap

There probably isn't a good way to go about this...
The front fans - even though there's 3 of them - hardly do anything, due to that glass panel. They will be more effective at the more open top and rear grilles.

IF I had this case*, I would end up mounting a 240mm AIO at the top in exhaust, installing a filter in the rear grille and call it a day.
[Apparently, the versions made before 2020 don't officially support 240mm AIO at the top.]
This scenario is using a tower air cooler... hmm...
Filling the top panel with fans, whether intake/exhaust, doesn't help the cpu cooler. With no fans at the top, the cooler does have access to air on its own(top intake fans can actually hurt).
Maybe the current config actually is superior.

This is all just speculation, save for the parts about the front panel, the what if, and the note in the bracket.

Yeah Well guess i should've picked a different case when the local place built this system in 2020, but for the time being just gonna have to do best i can with this case, i tried to get an 240MM AIO when i had the shop install this Air Cooler, but they said due to this motherboard, and memory height probably wouldn't fit, so i was like well i'll go with air cooler to replace LGA 1200 Stock Fan

Yet i installed Corasir LPX Vengenance memory probably lowest profile memory i could find or so i thought lol when i upgraded from former Crucial Ballstix 16gb sticks to 32gb sticks as i was running low on Ram used when gaming and such

From the photos on Newegg, it looks like it's just a long, skinny mesh vent the 3 fans are pulling air in from...so likely not an optimal situation there.

Making the best of the current config, a good rear and top exhaust fan (placed above the CPU cooler) would probably yield fine results. You could do intake on the top part of the case, but I've had better luck using the top for exhaust. YMMV.

Yeah gonna have to probably invest in a good top exhaust fan eventually, right now just using as rear exhaust the stock fan that came with Case in 2020, will have to invest in either another fan or two probably of same type or pickup an Arctic Models perhaps

Originally planned on going with Larger Air cooler, but had problems installing for first time myself, so settled for whatever shop would install that day lol.

My original choice for CPU Air cooler was Be Quiet Pure Rock 2 Black Edition, but my second choice was Mugen 5 Black, (someday i may attempt to install one of those again) but don't know when at this point, did buy a fan that would've went well with the Mugen 5, but never opened the box, as figured didn't need it now, just kept it in case current rear exhaust fan ever died for now
