Question Best all around active noise canceling earbuds?

Looking for the best all around noise cancelling earbuds. Noise cancelling and sound quality combined. I know Bose noise cancelling is the best, but are there there others that have sound quality that is good enough to make up the difference in noise cancelling quality? Sennheiser? Technics? Sony? Pixel Buds Pro 2?

How much are you willing to spend?

I would probably spend $350, maybe a bit more if I can get Bose level noise cancelling and audiophile playback quality.
