Best AM2+ CPU ever made [Mobo: ASUS M3N-HD/HDMI]

  ■ I want to upgrade me Current CPU: Phenom X4 9550
  ■ This is my current Motherboard: ASUS M3N-HD/HDMI and this is the link to its specs:

Can anyone tell me what is the best CPU ever made to be able to work on my board?

I am guessing that the Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition is about the best you can do for the Motherboard. Finding one, even used, could be an bit of a challenge.

X6 1100T holy cow!!! 160$ on ebay! Do you think its worth the upgrade?

My best bet should be the Phenom II X4 955 BE no?
