Best AM2 Motherboard

Right now I have an Epox MF570 SLI but I'm thinking of selling it.
My motherboard is pretty powerful but I'm wondering if there's a better chipset right now.

Which will be the best AM2 boards right now (with and without SLI).

If you can afford the Crosshair I would take that, but if you want to save a bit of money, the DFI LanParty would be my choice.

Actually I don't think I will use SLI I'm looking for a solid board like the one I want to sell but without SLI. I think that if I'm not going to use it why pay extra to get it.
My MF570 SLI right now costs $145 I'm looking for a solid stable mobo but it will be better to save in the options I'm not going to use to put that money towards a better CPU

that MSI looks good , there is a guy in AMD forums with that board nad he has OCed his x2 4000 to 3.0
