Best and budget friendly Graphics card of 2015

Give me some suggestions about cheap graphics card which can play new games of 2014 and beyond( medium to high settings) and not hitting the budget limit $170.
It can be of any company AMD or Nvidia.
My specs are : AMD FX 8350, Msi 970A-G46 Motherboard ,Corsair Vengeance 4 GB DDR 3 RAM, AMD Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR5 Graphics Card, Cooler Master Thunder 600W PSU, Cooler Master Elite 311 CPU Cabinet , Seagate 1 TB

I have a weak GPU AMD Radeon HD 6670 1 GB DDR5.

there is no need for the 4gb version, for a full hd screen the 2gb will be enough, and this card isnt strong enough for 4k, and the 4gb version is more expensive.

Before u buy a GPU, I would strongly recommend also adding 4GB stick RAM as that will improve performance. 4GB can cause stuttering in games, since games need 4GB-6GB, it's best you go with 8GB by ading another stick.

As for the GPU, I'd recommend getting the 270 for ultra budget, 270x which is a good upgrade to the 270, or the 280. Since your budget only allows $175, go with the 270x. Here is what you can expect to get the 270X:

If you decide to go with the 270X or the 280, the 600W will be fine, but the quality of the PSU is another story. That Coole Master PSU may be of low quality, you should upgrade your PSU to these high quality ones:
XFX TS 550W
Capstone 550W
Either would work well with the 270x and 280.

Or at least that is the semi-finalized launch date. This means the card will not be released during the CES time-frame. January 22nd 2015 seems to be the date and that fits the reports we have mentioned earlier on.

Multiple shipping manifests already have seen the GM206 based GPU being shipped around. Recently a leaked shipment manifest already indicated 2 and 4 GB GDDR5 6GHz memory versions. However it seems that the GPU is too strong and the biggest change now would be a 128-bit wide memory bus. The card will offer significant powr saving over it's predeccesor and will get just one 6-pin PCIE PEG power header. Pricing is expected to sit somewhere at 199 to 249 USD.
