Best anti-aliasing for new GTX 770.

What form of anti-aliasing would be best for my new GTX 770, and why? I plan on playing new games such as BF4 and Crysis 3. My monitor is 1050p! I am looking for the best visual quality while experiencing the lowest performance hit possible! Any explanation on what differentiates the different forms of AA would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

what i do is max it out while maintaining the fps that i want. adjust as needed

Good luck getting any AA to work in either of those games, Nvidia's AA profiles for DX11 games are awful, you can put 8x MSAA on and not see any difference. You are better keeping it off for the extra FPS.
