If you somehow is a Linux user, then just use dd command - as explained here
Then it's no need for additional software (dd command is normally included in Linux distros).
You should add that on the download page of windows 10 you can choose make the tool for a different PC, something like that, which will give you the option to download an iso.Is there a reason you don't want to use the one provided by Microsoft?
