Spent a ton of time trying to change the XMP settings anything from 2133 to 3266, nothing worked.
After giving up, and spending more time searching online, saw a post that mentioned to use 2nd and 4th slots.
Changed to 26xx something, booted no problem. Ran PassMark, RAM went from 51% at 2133 to 61% at 26xx. It might have been 2666, sorry forgot and don't want to reboot right now.
Tried going up and up to 3200 which it did not take, but 3066 did. PassMark for RAM is now 68% for 3066.

So overall, PassMark went from 3997 to 4478, jumped me 481 points.

Can't believe I forgot about sitting the RAM like that matters.

Thanks guys!

Awesome. Give that CPU a little overclock. I have mine sitting at 3.7ghz on that board. It seems quite happy there for full time use. Maybe I could get more out of it. It seems like when I pushed more it was unstable, so don't know if the vrms were unhappy or what. But I left it at 3.7

The default setting on the CPU Freq&Volt was Auto. If I change that to Manual, I am not sure what to go with on Freq/Volt. There is also SMT Mode.

Please keep in mind that I have the stock round cooler and only the 2 stock case fans. Just sitting here typing.... CPU shows at 29C/84F (it's 70F in the room)
