Best atx motheroard for i7 3960x

I have a corsair c70 chassis for my rig,
my cpu is a in i7 3960x.
I read that the asus rampage IV xtreme is the best mobo for this cpu but apparently its eatx.
the c70 only supports up to atx
so i wanna know wat u guys think is the best ATX motherboard for the 3960x.
As a asus fanboy, i've been looking at the:
-Asus rampage IV formula
-Asus sabertooth

I also know Asrock and gigabyte has awesome motherboards (such as the sniper series)
but i wanna hear it from u guys

Price is not a problem

and if u guys don mind, i also need some advice choosing the ram.

i'm plannig getting a large amount of ram, such 32 gigs or even 64 gigs with the fastest speed possible such as 2133 or 2400 mhz

in your answers, mention the best motherboard along with the best set of ram to go with it

hey guys, i 've short listed my list for the mobo.
its either the asus ramapage IV formula or the sabertooth
which is better?

still open to recommendations

btw, i made a mistake by naming the gigabyte mobo "sniper", i know its assassin.
