Hey guys I am wanting to purchase an Audio Card. Why you ask because I have a bunch of bought Music FLAC and want to play them with the best hardware. I have 200 to 300$ for this card. Can someone give me the Best Buy for this price range? I also have Harmon Kardon Soundsticks iii so I am hoping those are still good speakers. They still sound great so lol!!

a sound card in the $50 range (or a motherboard in the $100 range) is going to give you the best performance possible from those speakers. A $300 sound card is completely overkill for that sound system.

You'd get better quality for less if you built your own, honestly.
But I know that's not exactly ideal.

Polk is a good trust worthy brand. I would not be afraid to use their price points as a good guide to quality. However i've never heard those speakers in person. For buying a sound system, the only viable option is to visit a store that sells quality sound systems and enables you to hear them before purchasing. Polk is known for their use of HARD cones. Cone material effects the tone/pitch of the sound drastically. Some people do NOT like sound of hard cone speakers. You might be one of those people. There is no way to tell without comparing speaker types in-person.

Sorry, but I'd never buy something that "user specific" without a LOT of research first.
