Question best audio sample rate?

I had been putting dvds and videos into MP4 to play on my media player connected to the TV. So for the best sound i put the bit rate in 320, but fo KHz how good is 48,000KHz for the audio?

Do a blind test - ask someone to play the media for you, without telling details.

Try 44.1 and after 48, observe if you feel a perceptible difference. I would use 48, since the filter it has in the finals about frequencies made the sound smoothly shaped, against bad reflections.

Don’t go overboard with sound quality in your videos it just makes them freaking huge.
