Best available GPU for me?

I'm looking for a decent graphics card that is compatible with my system.

Specifically looking for a Graphics card (preferably NVIDIA)that can be supported by 250 watt PSU and able to work well with a Intel Core 2 Duo E2160 @ 1.8Ghz without any Bottlenecking...

I'm strictly on a budget so please do not suggest any other upgrades to my CPU or anything else.
I just want a graphics card that will have a major improvement over my old integrated card in terms of gaming. I will only be playing older games like Minecraft,Combat arms, Borderlands 2 etc..
