Best Bang-For-the-Buck $200-$250 Graphics Card?

I'm looking for a graphics card in the $200-$250 dollar range that can run games at ultra on a 1080p monitor with good frame-rates. I will play about 3-4 Triple A games(games with the highest development budget) on my system.

There's a lot of nice 280X cards available in that range.

Thanks for the concern! I'm planning to get a 700w PSU. I've also heard that the R9 290/290x runs pretty hot. I'm not sure about the r9 280/280x though.

The 290's can run hot , need good Airflow , the 280's for the most part run cooler.
