Best brand for AMD R9 280X?

So the prices of the new gen cards of AMD have just been released and since I'm probably going to get a 280X I was wondering what the best overall AMD GPU manufacturer is and why, I'm new to AMD videocards and I was wondering what an AMD user thinks.

I looked up every 280X ASUS card and the: Asus Republic Of Gamers MATRIX-R9280X-P-3GD5 costs 50 Euros more than the : Asus R9280X-DC2T-3GD5-V2.

The differences are:
MATRIX-DC2TV2
1.10Ghz - 1.07Ghz nominal video chip
6.4Ghz - 6Ghz Memory speed

Are these differences worth 50 Euros?

There's also additional tweaking features, it will be up to the individual and their budget to make the call, the CU cooling is great and there's suppose to be more OC headroom (hence the additional tweaking features) so it should be an awesome GPU

Paying 50 dollars more for having a three year warranty and paying for the Asus brand name are worth the 50 dollars to me. Asus are the way to go for graphics cards, they've never let me down from personal experience.

Also it's already clocked really high so you don't have to overclock it to the maximum yourself(you can likely go farther with an overclock though). The card has tweaking features too which will be great.
