Best brand for GTX 1050 Ti?

Which is the best brand for GTX 1050 ti? Zotac, MSI, Asus, EVGA or Gigabyte?

I assume the dual fan version is the one which is OC and the single fan is the one which isn't?

Is there some other card I can get in the same price range that would be better?

You can get the EVGA GTX 1050Ti Superclocked.
One fan doesn't mean that it isn't factory OC'ed.

evga is the most popular, but the other brands are great too, more fans usually means more silent operation and better temps, so that is very desirable

all my nvidia cards are evga, nothing to report so far

Short answer: The best 1050ti is the one you pay the least for, including taxes and shipping and MIR.

Long answer: If you like how a certain card looks, then that may affect your decision. Larger coolers tend to have more heat sink surface area and more fans, which will let the card run cooler and quieter under load. Blower-style coolers are loud AF, but work well in SFF cases to provide extra airflow. Thing is, GPU Boost 3.0 will make all 1050ti's perform within several tenths of a percent within each other provided equal core temps and cooling ability. It's just how Pascal cards are.
