Build Advice $1000 Build Plan - need feedback

I'm from Bangladesh so the prices aren't exactly the same as in the US.
The prices are from startech.com.bd. The prices are in BDT.

This PC will be mainly used for game dev work such as Blender, Substance Designer/ Painter/ Sampler, Godot/ Unreal and DaVinci Resolve.

Using old case.
No need to buy OS.
Not overclocking.
Current monitor is 1080p, but will upgrade to 1440p in the future.

being specific with answers corresponding to the questions in said thread, and users can chime in with worthwhile suggestions.

Since you're not located in the USA(which is where this site and the majority of it's user base are located) we will need to know your preferred sites for purchase since brand and product availability can and will vary with regards to region. If we're supposed to provide a parts list for you but you don't have access to said parts, then we'll be going back and forth without much fruition.

On paper your build looks fine but you forgot to mention the make and model of your case...but you should be wary that 13th and 14th Gen Intel are platforms you should avoid like the plague unless you want to go back and forth with troubleshooting/warranty claims. If you're looking at an unlocked K suffix processor, you should be pairing it with a Z790 chipset motherboard.

I'm upgrading from an rx 580 and i5 7600 in a Antec NX292 case, I'll use that case.

Since the b580 is capable of 1440p gaming, I plan on upgrading to a 2k monitor.

The price is correct.
