Hello, I'm moving to Nvidia even though my AMD card served me well for 7 years.. I'm thinking to get GTX 1650 Super, my PC Specs are:

Intel Core I5 3570
Asrock z75 Pro 3 Mobo
8GB DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
XFX 550W +80W Bronze PSU ( has 2x6 pin connectors, 1 needed for GTX 1650 Super)

I usually use different web-sites like pcpartpicker and several gpu benchmark sites to get information about different GPU-s performance and pricing. I think GTX 1650 Super (at around 160$) gives best performance in that price range. What would your suggestions be?

The guts of all GTX1650 super cards is the same, they come from nvidia.
Cards differ in the factory overclock and other more marketing oriented specs like bling and fans.
I think you get fair value from a factory overclocked card. (excepting the top versions)
I like the EVGA cards.
They have good transferable warranties and good customer support forums.
