Best budget ~250 gb ssd for money?

Hi, maybe somebody can recommend me good and cheap ssd. In benchmarks I see best for money is adata sp550: http://www.harddrivebenchmark.net/hdd_value.html
So maybe there is any better ssd for same money and warranty? Any other options?

What is this to be used for?
The OS drive? If so, then the Samsung 850 EVO.
For a secondary drive? That Adata will work no problem.

The only reason the Adata shows at the top is that artificially low price for a 250GB drive...$40.
Where is that?

I use it for laptop. Laptop is old so need something cheap and with more space. Also I wanna ask can I split ssd to partitions?

If you can get that Adata for that $40 price (where??), then go for that.
Otherwise, the above mentioned Crucial or Samsung.

Partitions? Yes, but why? I wouldn't.

I will think about mx300. See rewiews that is better for laptops, less incompatibility problems, performs simillar to 850 evo, cheaper, safer, etc. But I don't forget samsungs and sandisc extreme pro, if found big discount, or something, I will grab one of these.
