@ OP:
This sounds to me like a new build.
The FX-6300 on newegg.ca costs $130.
It has a passmark rating of 6356 and a single thread rating of 1407. (FX-8350 is 8937/1505)
If you are gaming, the single thread rating is most important.
The motherboard you listed costs $80 or so.
By comparison, the kaby lake G4600 costs $110 and has a passmark rating of 5429 and a single thread rating of 2081.
G4650 was not listed, but should cost even a bit less.

A B150 motherboard will be $82.

Such a motherboard will support i3,i5, and even i7-7700K as upgrades.
You have NO upgrades with FX.
As a comparison for gaming, here is an older report which includes FX-8350, FX-6300, and an I3-2120.
The I3-2120 had a passmark rating of 3890 and a single thread rating of 1686
It still beat the FX-8350.

It makes no sense to me to buy a soon to be obsolete tech with no upgrades that costs more and performs worse.
Did I misunderstand your situation??
DDR4 ram should be comparable in price to DDR3.
