Best budget Am3+ MOBO for Fx-8350

Yeah I'd agree with the above.

As far as keeping everything cool, I'd imagine your CPU would be the most vital ; aftermarket dual-tri fan GPU's are usually good enough (but my blower style R9 290x was a throttle monster) A CRYORIG H7 might be able to be found for a decent price, if not that I'd suggest something like a BE QUIET Pure rock, CRYORIG H5 ult/universal if you got some more money, etc.

I would not build with a FX chip today.
Assuming you must, and already have a FX-8350, you need a better than average motherboard.

I see thanks, I have been looking at the fx-6300 instead of the fx-8350 would that bottleneck my r9 280x? And If I was to get the fx-6300 I would probably OC would you still recommend the same MOBO and Cooling Fan? (Still keeping the price as low as possible). Thanks!

The FX-6300 on newegg.ca costs $130.
It has a passmark rating of 6356 and a single thread rating of 1407. (FX-8350 is 8937/1505)
If you are gaming, the single thread rating is most important.
The motherboard you listed costs $80 or so.

By comparison, the kaby lake G4600 costs $110 and has a passmark rating of 5429 and a single thread rating of 2081.
G4560 was not listed, but should cost even a bit less.

Such a motherboard will support i3,i5, and even i7-7700K as upgrades.

It still beat the FX-8350.

The reason I go for AMD is because I thought the prices were better even if the hardware was worst but you might've changed my opinion.

Uh, geofelt, it's worth noting that a G4650 is a 7th gen pentium and 6th gen motherboards need BIOS updates to run them. Unless we can verify that his supplier has upgraded the BIOS to support newer chips, I think they need B250 boards.

A H110 motherboard like the one jnde016 linked will work very well, and it is relatively cheap.
The caveat is that it needs to be fresh stock so that it comes with the latest bios installed to support 7th gen processors.
I did some checking, and the bios that supports kaby lake was released on 10/19.
I would not worry about ordering from newegg which will have fresh stock.
Newegg is good about returns/exchanges if they happen to send you old stock.

I meant G4560. Sorry.
Updating the bios is a catch 22 thing.
You need a cpu to do the bios update with most motherboards. But, if you need the updated bios to run the cpu you have a problem.

Best is to buy fresh stock with the latest bios.
Check the sellers return policy.
If you can, ask for fresh stock.

I never like to update a bios unless it fixes a problem impacting you.
A bad flash can be nasty or impossible to recover from.

Next best is to have a older cpu to borrow and you could use it to update the bios.
