My budget is irrelevant, I want the cheapest decent case that meets my specs:

2 included fans that can be mounted to front and back.
Support for a graphics card of 11 inches long needed.
Cable management is not a big deal.
Don't need it to be fancy, but if it happens to be fancy and really cheap, go ahead.

This case will be for an air-cooled ATX Ryzen 5 1080 build.

PC Part Picker was the very first place I looked. PC Part Picker does not specify whether or not fans are included in the price/purchase. My budget is irrelevant, I am buying the cheapest case that has all of the things I listed.

I have had cheap Rosewill cases in the past, I definitely recommend Rosewill for cheap cases. No gimmicks, just a solid case that does what it needs to do.
