Question Best Budget Cooler For Ryzen?

I'll be buying a used Ryzen 3 1200 (without cooler) and will be planning to upgrade to 3000 Ryzen next year. What budget cooler would be best for slight overclocking? Already looking at Cryorig M9 Plus and it seems decent. Any suggestions?

For that CPU and any in that TDP class, that and practically any aftermarket cooler would be more than enough + any OC.

I personally use the 212, very sufficient for an overclocked 2200g
