it would be best to give your budget and location and current build. that way you can get a variety of suggestions that would fit your needs better.

Budget could be ryzen 1300... budget could be ryzen 1600... or i5-8400.... it all changes on what your budget is. you should not limit your CPU by your GPU. this plays various rolls in overall system performance as well as future upgrades. say you take the ryzen 1300... it'll be very budget CPU.. .but next year or in 2 years it'll struggle to perform with new games or what not, so then you're upgrading both CPU and GPU (likely). if you buy an i5-8400, then the next part you'll upgrade is the GPU, CPU would last for a while.
