So I'm starting to run out of room to operate on my PC and I need an E-ATX case. I'm looking for an E-ATX case that must be under $70. I don't care if it's RGB or if it looks cool or not. Thanks in advance.

Ok so I have a standard ATX motherboard but I’m running out of room for operating on my PC and I only have room for 1 fan so I want a Full Tower.

Ok, "full towers" are not <$70. You can get really close after rebates etc, but your goals & budget are misaligned here - at least new.
Perhaps explore the local used market, you might score a deal. Looking new though, the absolute minimum you could expect to spend would be ~$80.

The Azza GT1 would cost ~$90 but has a $20 rebate.

I doubt you would find a E-ATX case that is are rarely under $70. They start off around the $80-90 and so on due to their large form factor and the extra amount of cables that come with it for the E-ATX motherboards. Just saying.

All of these cases you guys are sending me links to are just ATX Mid Tower cases, not Full Tower E-ATX ones.

They're ATX cases with E-ATX support. Can you confirm exactly what kind of 'room' you're looking for? A 'full E-ATX' case doesn't really exist as a form factor in the consumer space.... You top out at a large ATX Case with ATX support.
Anything exclusively designed for E-ATX (therefor being an "E-ATX Case) is typically only really available in the server or datacenter space. I'm sure one or two exist available to consumers, but they're not easy to find
