Best Budget Graphics Card Under $100 (Aus)

Hello Everyone

I'm looking to buy a new graphics card and don't have allot of money , I'm looking for the best card under $100 (AUS) , Which of these are the best?

ASUS GeForce GT 730 2GB Silent
Sapphire Radeon R7 240 Boost 2GB

I would greatly appreciate some advice and please note that my budget is $100

If this helps here are my pc specs

Amd a10-6800k apu with radeon hd graphics 4.10 ghz
8.0 Gig Ram
Windows 7 64-bit

Hi Thanks For the Reply , Just had a question whether this has GDDR3 Or GDDR5 ram? as from this ad it is advertised as 5 but under it it says 3
