Best Budget Graphics card

What is the absolute best graphics card I can get with this build?

I understand that this is not a great build. Keep in mind that I already have this computer and the worst thing in here is the graphics card. It's decent but just wont cut it. If your wondering what the graphics card is, its a AMD Radeon R5 200 Series

Well, you defiantly need a new psu regardless of what you upgrade. The absolute best graphics card you COULD get would be a R9 295 x2, however i would assume you have a budget in mind. how much can you spend on a gpu?

Obviously not a lot, just something that would be amazing for a budget from around 100 to 150. Just something for a casual gamer. The one I currently have can't even play dead island. I just really need a good budget gpu with that build.

Thanks man, I was going to get a 350 watt psu that was more money. That graphics card is also what I had my eye on, because I've heard a lot about this thing. Along with my cpu, would my cpu be alright? it's a AMD FX-4300 Vishera Quad-Core processor
