Question Best budget laptop option, new or used, to use with a drawing tablet ?

I just ordered my daughter a Huion Kamvas 13 drawing tablet and I need to be ready to get her a laptop in case hers does not work with it.
Tablet Requirements are as follows:
  • The USB-C port of the phones, tablets, and computers at least supports USB3.1 GEN1 data transfer protocol and DP1.2 Alt mode
  • The full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable at least supports USB3.1 GEN1 data transfer protocol and DP1.2 Alt mode
She will be using different drawing applications as well as Adobe Creative Cloud.

Can anyone recommend a laptop that will meet these needs used or new, just trying to get the best budget option that will provide a good experience ?

Apple MacBooks are objectively some of the best laptops you can buy right now. They offer excellent durability, performance, extreme efficiency and long battery life. If you are looking for something that is more mid-range, go with a 13" MacBook Air. It has Thunderbolt 4, which is essentially USB-C, but significantly faster. MacBooks can also support multiple displays over Thunderbolt 4 at 4K 60, or a single display up to 6K resolution at 60Hz. You can always get one used, but Apple Refurbished has some good deals as well. A MacBook Air 13" with an M2 chip would be ideal, and can be found for around $1000.00. You could always step up to a MacBook Pro if you wanted more features and performance. Hope this helps, take care.
