Looking for the best budget phone for around $200 USD that can be used for quickly doing voice commands,

I'm coming from an apple watch se 2nd gen with the Iphone SE 2nd Gen, I really liked how I could quickly toggle SIRI and say set a remind, set an alarm, set a timer, add this to the calendar -- etc...

Which phones or combo is going to do this the best?

I may not have enough money to get a watch with the price range that I'm looking at and a phone, but I've heard phones can do it too by saying Hey Google, or, some, (even quicker!) have a button that toggles google assistant to start listening.

Which device is decent that can do these features? I heard the Pixel 4a wasn't a bad chocie, up until recently, there was a mandatory update that reduced its battery life, -- will there be another update that fixes this, bettering the battery life? I don't have a lot of money and am looking for something that can be used for snappy voice commands or one with a toggle button for google assistant for snappy commands.

Thank you!

any other features you'd like to have? such as a stylus or mega camera or other things?

there are many many android models and this can help narrow it down some. they all have the "hey google" option and shortcuts to enable the voice commands. even at the lower budget there are a ton of possible models :)

i'm partial to the cheap Moto and LG phones, but there are others. i'm on my second Moto G stylus but went with the LG "power" series for the larger than average battery as well the last few.
