Best budget proc upgrade from i3 2120?

hi this is my current set up

Proc: Intel® Core™ i3-2120 Processor (3M Cache, 3.30 GHz)
GPU: EVGA GTX 650 ti Boost SuperClocked 1GB
MOBO: ASUS P8B75-M LX
MEMORY: 2 x 2gb ddr3 G.SKILL RIPJAWS X SERIES
HDD: 500gb sata2 Hitachi
PSU: Silverstone Strider Essential series 80+ ST60F-ES 600W
MONITOR: 1440x900 Viewsonic

im thinking on getting an i5-3350P.. i don't overclock.. and will my mobo support it?
and will i get a huge difference if I upgrade my proc? i've been thinking of upgrading my gpu to a gtx 760 instead.. so i can ultra almost everything with my resolution.. but some are saying that i'll bottleneck my gpu with my i3 2120.. any suggestions on what should I upgrade first? thanks

You should go with the i5 3570.
This processor has the same socket FCLGA1155.
your motherboard supports this processor and i5 3570 is 15% better than i5 3350P in Gaming.
