Best budget quiet case

I am after a quiet case for around £50 but all of the highly rated ones are above that price - are there any budget cases that are quiet?

If you need something bigger and you want to stay on budget you can probably pick up a second hand Fractal Design Define R4 on Ebay for about £40.

Apologies for not stating - I am after a case that will fit a ATX motherboard which is why I am having difficulty finding one for around £50

I would prefer to get a new case if possible - I've had bad experiences with ebay.

I really can't think of a silent case under £50 but that isn't to say there is not one.

Its a blatant ripoff of the FD r4 , its not quite as well made , it is just as quiet.
