Best Budget Video Card

I'm looking for a video card that's in the price range of $200-$300. I'd prefer that you don't go over $260, but if the deal is that good I might go higher than $260. Please include the brand (MSI, GIGABYTE, ASUS, EVGA).

i was looking at this video card and i was debating whether this was price range or not. It depends how much money i have when i go to buy a video card

The 285 is out now and its about the same as the R9 280 for more money and only 2GB. Unless he really wants low power theres no point in buying it.
