alright.

so what i have in mind is this..
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3hI2w

i want to have a nice build that incorporates 8350,8320 or i5 3570k, 4670k.

it must be good at overclocking.
i need a case. (i prefer windowed)

i need a suitable psu
and a good OCing mobo, would the m5a97 be as good as the m5a99x for overclocking?

i can go around 420$ at max

please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Solution
Yes. I have an i5-3570K and a FX-8320. The i5 is definitely faster. That isn't to say the FX is bad (it isn't), but the i5 is faster.

Save up a little extra for the 4670k. Should be all you need for awhile.

I myself am getting an i7 for lots of video rendering and editing but for you like you said i5 should be perfect.

A little extra money will never hurt.

I would go with the 4670k just because it has better performance overall. I don't think you will see much of a difference with either one.

The best case in my opinion would be the NZXT Source 210 Elite.
It looks great, and is under $50.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Case: NZXT Source 210 Elite (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($45.99 @ Mwave)
Total: $45.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
