Best Camera Phone ?

I want to buy a phone for the primary purpose of recording videos at 1080p 60fps and taking high quality pictures for YouTube. I know ideally I shouldn't use a phone for this, but I need a new phone anyway so for now it will be what I use for my channel.

What are my options ?

Much less expensive than that. I'm not planning on shooting a movie.

I was honestly thinking to spend £400 if I were to get a camera phone, and much less if it's just a camera.

So, go to dpreview.com, and look around for something in the £250 range.
Feature difference is what you're looking for....actual image quality is pretty similar across a certain price range.

It's hard to buy a 'bad' camera.
