So i Wanted to know what would the best card be for my system. Actually i am looking at R 7240 2 gb DDR5 as its in my budget range (100$) but i would like to know if that card is good enough.
Well, If I were you I'd first upgrade my PC to a better one and would last awhile, like an i5, then think about the GPU, but it's your call. Anyways, good luck!
A better card than the R7 240. DO you plan on upgrading your PC soon?

real gaming cards at AMD starts at xxx60, a bit like at nvidia where it is gtX x60 or xx60
below that it is just a waste of money
if you plan to do gaming on PC, you should be aware that it'll cost you more than the price of a console, consoles started at 400$ (well now at 300$), for a PC you should at least plan on 6-800$
that usually means, 200$ gpu + 100$ MB + 150$ CPU + RAM, case, HDD, PSU, ...
if you can't get that kind of money you should continue playing on consoles because it'll be cheaper and you'll have a better experience than on a low end PC due to the optimization developpers do for consoles and do not for PC
