Best card that will fit?

Hey guys. I am building a small budget HTPC Mini ITX computer. I have all of the parts besides a GPU.

So Im asking what is the best GPU with the stock PSU (250 watts, yeah I know. Ill upgrade to a 80Plus later) I can get. I wanted a R7 250X but it might not fit. It needs to be single slot, but there is about 3/4 inch above the slot to use.

I also have a Molex to 6 pin if needed.

The games I want to play are CSGO, Bad Company 2, and other mid-low games.

I want to spend around $100

Welp. That is still a double-slot GPU. My case will not handle its width. I can maybe put a single-slot GPU with a smaller fan to stick out a bit, but not a double slot.

The GTX 750 is an improvement but not a massive improvement. But if you want, you can get that too.
