Best case choice for my build

Hello everyone, I m building new PC for gaming / beginner video editing.
Parts that I ordered already:
i5 6600k
Asus Z170-A
Kingstone HyperX XMP Savage 2666 MHz
1 TB WD Black and Samsung Evo 750 120GB

Now I m deciding on CPU cooler and case.

I plan to make Black/White build and only white cases available in my country are NZXT s340 and h440. (there was R5 but it they sold all and won't order new till December).
Another case that catch my eye is CM MasterCase Pro 5 which offers upgradability in future(different front panel, tempered glass etc.)
Now I m doubting which to get, and would appreciate any suggestions and help I can get.

I also plan to get AIO cooler, probably Cooler Master Nepton 140xl or 240m.
Now not considering looks of it, which case would be best regarding temperatures and noise level?

I like how they all look, so this isn't my problem but I can't decide which is most practical, which will run at lower temps, considering noise I know that h440 has sound dampening foam but still air holes are limited so fans need to work faster producing more noise than maybe cooler master fans that have much better air access so fans can run at lower RPM, then s340 has no drive cages so there is no air restriction etc. I searched if there is someone comparing this cases but couldn't find anything.

You may be overthinking it here. I think you'd be happy with either of them. I don't think the h440 is worth the extra money over the s340.

Ok I take that, what you think about CM case? It is just 18$ higher than s340 but has more upgradability and cooling option?

Thanks, I will most go with s340, but should I get 240mm cooler and put it in front or to get some smaller for back?

I would rather have a nice air cooler. You typically won't get your money's worth out of an AIO water cooler.

I know, but thing is that in my country we don't have many brands and offers, only reputable here are noctua and cooler master, but for reference cooler master hyper 212 evo costs 5500 RSD which is equal to 50$ US and cheapest noctua is 60$, and I can find Cooler Master 120/140 XL for 90$ or 240m for 110$, its not much more money and would look better, if I could find white or even full black air cooler(like those be quiet!) here I would definitely buy it.
